After being involved with feeding schemes every week, we noticed that many individuals do not have a simple deterrent for COVID-19, a mask. After asking them to be masked up during the collection of their meals, a common response resounded throughout, "We don't have!" It is with this response, Precious Gems Community Foundation would like to introduce our "Masks For Humanity" initiative.

After having much success for our food distribution, blankets of love and all of our other initiatives, we have embarked on this journey to ensure these helpless souls have a basic item towards the fight of the dreaded Coronavirus, a mask. We thus appeal to all of you, to kindly donate a mask or donate towards the purchase of a mask, a mere R15 is all we need per mask, you may donate more than one, if you are able to do so.

The Masks For Humanity initiative will not be ended anytime soon, as we all know there is no vaccine as yet, we have not time frame and we request for a continuous strive towards the fight.
