Precious Gems has been involved in many initiatives from empowering woman to uplifting the underprivileged and has plans to be part of many more drives to improve the state of those who suffer. Sanitary Pad Drive
As troubling as it was, Precious Gems undertook the task of selling second hand items to raise funds to buy sanitary pads for young school girls and donated it to numerous schools.
Hijab for Happiness
The value of the woman is deteriorating in society, to restore & uplift young females, Precious Gems collects unwanted clothing and scarves to donate to under privileged ladies.
Women empowerment
Precious Gems is also part of a Free Academy boot-camp empowering women entrepreneurs with motivational and inspirational talks in the Mitchell's Plain area and surrounding communities.

We are a charity focused on the RESTORATION of Woman by BUILDING the knowledge and awareness of the COMMUNITY around us
Heinz Park is one of the impoverished ares in the Cape Town area, with a high rate of unemployment, leading to one of the huge concerns in the are being poverty and due the lockdown protocols, which has worsened the situation and lead to many residents facing hunger due to a lack of income. Precious Gems has taken this responsibility to regularly cater for the this need by providing cooked meals as often as possible. Although we realise that it may not be enough, it is a start. We urge businesses and surrounding community members to please join us in this initiative, whether it be monetary donations or assistance, to alleviate the current negative situations of these types of communities.
